The romper comes without a peplum as standard ( shown is a split skirt) .To add please use the drop downs below. Additionally if you would like  lace hem or lace on the sleeve/flutter edge please head to the add on section. If you would like it in both places please add quantity 2 . if you choose to have it one place, please state in comments.
