The romper comes with NO pepum OR sleeves as standard ( shown is a split skirt) .To add please the add on section. Additionally if you would like lace hem or lace on the sleeve/flutter edge please head to the add on section. If you would like it in both places please add quantity 2 . if you choose to have it one place, please state in comments. 
Romper comes with Popper fastners for easy changing.
